Your details stay confidential and are used only to contact you about your appointment.

What do you need help with?

Every route below reaches the same team — telling us which one you are saves you explaining it twice.

  • Booking a first consultation

Bring both partners where possible. Carry any previous reports, scans or treatment summaries you already have.

  • Ongoing treatment or reports

Already under our care and need to reschedule, ask about a report, or check the next step in your cycle.

Before your first visit

Four small things that make the first consultation more useful for you.

  • Bring what you already have

Previous scans, semen analysis, hormone panels, surgical notes and discharge summaries — even old ones. They often save a repeat test.

  • Come together where you can

Infertility is assessed in both partners. A joint first visit usually means one round of tests instead of two.

  • Allow 30–45 minutes

A first consultation is a full history for both partners, not a quick review. Book a slot you are not rushing away from.

  • Write your questions down

Bring the list. Consultations cover a lot of ground and the question you most wanted to ask is the easiest one to forget.

Questions about getting in touch

Questions about the treatments themselves are answered on each treatment page.

  • Booking ahead is better. A first consultation needs a longer slot than a follow-up, and calling first means we can hold one for you rather than asking you to wait.

Still deciding whether to call?

Most people wait longer than they needed to. A first consultation is a conversation, not a commitment.
